Two email notifications when a member w/ forum language other than English replies to watched topic

I've noticed that whenever a member that uses forum language other than English, e.g. French, replies to a watched topic, I get 2 email notifications instead of 1.

For example this new reply: https://greasyfork.org/fr/forum/discussion/comment/35067/#Comment_35067 (notice the fr part in the URL? The poster uses French as forum language.) After that reply, I got the following 2 emails with the same timestamp:

body: decembre commented on the discussion '[GreasyFork Bullshit Filter] Request : Add a filter to the forum for Chinese post ?' on your script 'GreasyFork Bullshit Filter'. You receive the first one due to your notification settings as you posted (this is a discussion on your script). You receive the second one because you participated in the thread previously and have set the forum to notify you of replies.
