Replace "Show Incomplete Challenges" checkbox with a dropdown to filter challenges on Path of Exile profile pages

The usability of "hide incomplete challenges" seemed backwards to me. If I go to my challenges page, I'm interested in seeing the ones I have yet to complete.
This script replaces the default functionality of the show/hide checkbox with a dropdown of "Incomplete" "Complete" and "All", where "Incomplete" is the default.
I've also optionally included functionality to number challenges and sub-challenges for easy tracking and selling.
If you want to disable this functionality, set the constant "shouldNumberChallenges" to false;
