WARNING - This includes 2 'require' settings to use violentmonkey's mutationObserver with jQuery
This will remove the 'New Comment' dropdown item when you are editing your actions.
This was made because I keep accidentally tapping that instead of 'Add a note' or 'Edit note' which was just a bit annoying.
It is more of a pain when some licences don't allow comments, which then starts locking out the screen.
You may have to reload to get this to properly kick in, not sure why, yet.
