首先解除已被封的 pcstest 应用授权 在此页面操作 https://passport.baidu.com/accountbind
打开"秒传"对话框，根据百度文档获取授权码 (请不要反馈问我怎办了)，有效期一个月，失效时请重复更新获取一次 (这接口又能不能存多活一个月呢 ...)
在新窗口中选 "授权"
完成后会弹出对话框确认采用授权码，之后可关闭
返回秒传窗口，授权码会自动填写 (如果没有，请手动复制粘贴上一个窗口的 url)
如果需要取消授权，请到此页面选 pcstest_oauth
