Modernizes MAL reviews, giving it a major design overhaul and adding new functionality.

This script re-designs the MAL reviews section to add a new updated design along with the following functionalities:
- The position of "Reviewer's Rating" has changed from the bottom to the top so you can more easily scan for the reviews you want to read.
- All the original emojis that were in place, are now hidden by default, leaving only the classic like button.
- With this script comes new functionality such as reviews with "Spoiler" tags having their texts blurred by default. To read a review marked as spoiler, all you have to do is to click the "Show the review" button and everything will de-blur and unfold smoothly.
- The "Spoiler" tag has also been updated to rather say "Review contains spoilers" for improved clarity.
- New animations have been incorporated along with the new design. Making review browsing more satisfying and seamless.
- A settings table has been added at the bottom of the MAL webpage where you can enable or disable the functionalities mentioned above, customizing your experience to your own liking. Your preferences, the settings you choose to use will be saved in browser memory, so it doesn't reset everytime you refresh the page.
- The original review navbar has been re-formatted.
- Support for both light mode and dark mode where each have their own designs and colorsets.
