Actually adding the correct code for the last changelog...

When you load the combat tab with the "View My Runes" page open already, and the script has not run previously, it would not load the new styles. This fixes it by running it as soon as the script loads. meaning it will never be without the cool styles.

Corrected the description in the code to better fit what the script is actually doing.
