Adds basic information and relevant links when you search for mTurk Group IDs and/or Requester IDs on Google.

Inspired by the way that Google handles USPS / UPS / FexEx tracking numbers.

Can be used to help confirm that a GID/RID is valid.

Allows you to generate a web+panda:// "accept" link or do a quick lookup of a requester on review platforms.
