Comments consider's timezone - wrong time

See this comment: https://greasyfork.org/de/forum/discussion/2803/x?locale=de
As you see, it looks like it took me 1hr 6min to answer, while in reality it took me 6 minutes.
I can imagine that it's due to timezone problems and there could be a bug where the reply is stated earlier than the other comment because of this time bug.

Well, at the moment only the dates are shown and the tooltips say 9:18pm and 9:24pm, so apparently the issue is only manifested when both date and time are displayed.

BTW it'd be very nice to have a "24 hour time" setting in the profile (indendent of the language setting) because "The 24-hour clock enjoys broad everyday usage in most non-English speaking countries, at least when time is written or displayed" (wiki)

Vanilla shows the date and time in the preferred format of whatever locale you pick, at least in some places. On https://greasyfork.org/en/forum/, I see the last post of the top thread as 5:07PM. On https://greasyfork.org/fr/forum/, I see 17:07. If what you see doesn't match what you expect to see, it is likely something missing in Vanilla's l10n (and you can fix it!).

But I'm with @wOxxOm, I don't see an hour difference. I see 12:18 and 12:24.

Well, i don't see the time anymore, only the date, so i can't confirm it again.
I'll make a screenshot in case i see it again, even if the new comments look correctly dated.
Probably it's been fixed in the meantime?!

The tooltip on the date will give you the time.
