RSS feed doesn't show subsequent posts for existing forum threads
Which feed, exactly?
I don't see any option to do this... You can request it from Vanilla if you like, but I don't have a use for it.
There is an addon that adds exactly this functionality.
CommentsRSS creates an RSS feed of all discussions AND comments together in one feed (comment subject lines are identified with "RE:..."), with feeds available for all posts and by category.
The feeds will have these urls:

https://greasyfork.org/forum/discussions/comments/[categoryname]/feed.rss

Add-ons that old are usually pretty iffy. I can try it out and let you know if it works.

When someone posts an answer to an existing forum thread the answer isn't shown in Greasyfork forum RSS feed. Only the opening post of new forum threads is shown in RSS.
==> All posts should be visible in RSS.
