Thanks for reporting this, nickodemos.
There were a number of issues with the way images were being positioned, and you finally prompted me to get around to fixing them. I've just posted an update that should make it so an image never appears off-screen unless the actual window size is too small to fit it. Please let me know if it fixes your issue.

Works as you planned except that my images are loading half on and half off the left side of the screen. I imagine that the anchor is not working.
