Select Markdown format by default, add help links, add toolbar formatting buttons for markdown

Toolbar contains many toolbarbuttons needed thankyou
I usually use HTML but for times when I use Markup this is helpful as I usually forget the tags... especially the Insert Image. Thankyou very much for this wOxxOm Favorited script
