Hotfix. Issues with the Delete All button letting you "delete" all your notifications twice should be solved for now. I'll do a neater, better rewrite once I have the time, but this should do for now.

Fixed issues related to the features added in 1.0.8

• Added a "Delete all" button to the alerts panel so you can easily delete all your notifications, much like you can do in the old site's events page.
• The "See all events" text has been changed to "See all alerts" to reflect the new layout's nomenclature.
• The "See all alerts" text in the nav bar's notification now toggles the alerts panel instead of taking you to the old site's events page.

Minor syntax clean-up

Fixed an issue that would make the index jump by two steps instead of one, breaking the notifications.

• Updated the @namespace tag to a script-specific one.
• Fixed the issue with the "bouncing" nav bar notifications.

Added @updateURL and @downloadURL
