Adds a few extra handy commands
This extends Wolfery commands with a few extras:
ex is an alias for list exits and lists the exits in the current room. It's handy on the phone if the room info panel is closed.
unlook changes the focus to the current character and closes the character info panel. Effectively, it's the reverse of look, allowing one to stop looking at someone.
