Continuously poll, and show an interval in which changes were made (not just the first detected change).
Mostly work around Jira 9 bug JRASERVER-76257.
Update Luxon dependency from 3.4.3 to 3.4.4.

Protect against (theoretical) HTML injection via Luxon.
