Hide spammers/trolls
Allows you to hide spammers/trolls on Substack.
After a block the name & likes are still shown (only the posted text is hidden), and the post itself can be made visible by clicking the added "Unhide" button.
A threshold can be set, so that if a post exceeds a specified number of likes, it will nevertheless be shown, even if the poster is on the blocked list.
To define the block list and override threshold, edit "blockedNames" & "minLikes" in the script.
