In Firefox, pinned tabs glow when their title has changed since you last looked at them.
Since GOG.com doesn't offer any kind of e-mail notification of forum updates, this extension places a count of "My favourite topics" entries with unread posts in the page title and reloads the page once an hour so the app tab glow will behave in a manner similar to an RSS feed reader.
