Добавляет к левой границе страницы невидимую область для быстрой прокрутки вверх/вниз.
Нажатие левой кнопки мыши по ней прокрутит страницу в начало, ещё одно нажатие вернёт в последнюю позицию просмотра.
Нажатие правой кнопкой мыши по ней прокрутит страницу вниз, повторный клик вернёт в последнюю позицию просмотра.
Можно поменять зону срабатывания и плавность (duration) прокрутки.
