Overhauls the new raffle page and enhances a few others

This script overhauls the new raffle page, hopefully making the raffle creation process much easier.
A few other changes are made on other pages to make things look a bit nicer.

Please note that this detailed information will be displayed only to you on the new raffle page. I may add detailed information for raffle creators on their own raffle pages, but it won't be possible for everyone to see it
I intend to continue working on this and add new features that people will want to use where possible. I currently have the following planned.
