Description: Adds a dynamic "Kick Buffer" column to SteamGifts group member pages. Automatically calculates each user's buffer threshold using customizable settings (base limit + percentage of sent value) and highlights users whose Value Difference falls below that buffer.   • View the Kick Buffer column and spot outliers at a glance
