Auto-expands truncated comments on Rock Paper Shotgun, and optionally auto expand replies as well

Enhances the new comment system for Rock Paper Shotgun by automatically showing the whole content of comments, and auto-expanding all nested replies. The last behaviour can be turned off if you want to keep a more compact, threaded comment, by turning the EXPAND_REPLIES variable to false
