Adds a mirror download button button in Factorio mod pages (Forked from RE146.dev)

To use Factorio Mod Magnet, you need to have a userscript manager installed in your browser, such as Tampermonkey.
Once installed, the button will appear at download section of the current mod page. Clicking it will take you to the download page for the mod on re146.dev.
Factorio Mod Magnet is based on the original script by RE146.dev.
