Remove users from shop wizard results and replace their usernames elsewhere

Grundo's Cafe's "block" feature does not hide the usernames of blocked users or remove them from the shop wizard results page, which can be triggering or risky for users trying to avoid abusers or harassers. This script will replace (or attempt to replace) their username on all pages, and will remove them from the Shop Wizard results page.

This does not interact with the list of blocked users on GC; usernames must be manually entered on this script. Installing the script as it is uploaded here will not do anything. You need to make a local copy of this, update the list of usernames, and DO NOT share it publicly on Greasyfork or anywhere that may make it visible, particularly if that may put you at risk.

This also cannot hide your username or activity from other users; it just replaces content on the page. It would take work on GC's side for the block tool to protect people from stalkers or being found by abusers, which they have said they do not intend to do out of concern for the in-game economy.

I do not work regularly with JavaScript, jQuery, or CSS. There are probably more elegant ways to accomplish this, but my goal is just to make the behavior available.
