Default Raffle Entries - scrap.tf

Allows users to specify default value of "Maximum Entries".

Adds a "Default Raffle Entries" field to General panel in Settings. The value is then inserted into "Maximum Entries" when creating new raffle.

Caution:
While this script is non-malicious, Scrap.tf rules forbid all userscripts and script users may get banned.
However this script probably shouldn't trigger any automatic ban.
