IRCCloud Delete All Fileuploads

Adds a 'delete all' button in the file uploads view.

This script adds a "delete all" button in the File Uploads view. When pressed, all files shown on the current page are deleted one after another. This takes some time due to IRCCloud limitations, and only files on the current page are shown.
