Parses live chat messages on youtube streams. Highlights @mentioned users. Clicking on the highlight jumps up to that user's last chat post and highlights that message for a moment.

Does not highlight mentions of your own name (already highlighted).

Does not highlight mentions you post.
(It does for the local copy that displays initially but a tick later when the socket updates it, the parsed version is replaced with the plain version again)
