Adds a toggle to collapse diffs in GitHub's pull request and commit diff interfaces
This adds a small caret in the top left of diff containers on pull request pages and commit diffs. Clicking the caret either shows/hides the diff.
The branches listed in the header for comparison on pull requests are linked to their respective branches.
