My use scenarios is repeat a specific video, and repeat it
You can test it with https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=PJubJoak5Co, but I tried several videos, and all face the same issue

Um. I am not sure whether it is due to the userscript manager or not. You need to enable the "Userscript Permission" in the latest edge. Firefox shall be no issue.

Suggest Edge to use ScriptCat

and Firefox to use Violentmonkey

Sure, I don't enable that in edge, but actually face it in ff. I'll try to use the addon you suggest then report here

you should see this for long music video (e.g. 1hr) in DevTools.

This means the script successfully runs and able to detect the pausing. Then this script shall work without issue.

There is no luck, this time it just stop loading video and show error. By the time it shows error, I suppose it's happened nearly at the same time that it should trigger the autopause
And without the script, the autopause is triggered normally, so I think the issue is results from the script

I have no chance to test in my personal pc, but in my company computer, even with edge, same issue still happened.
Before the error is shown, the video will loading for a long time and there are error messages in develop console.
I took some screenshot in attachment, these are only part of error messages, but should already cover all kinds of error messages.

I think this is the issue of your browser or the ad blocking extensions.

I think you are right. Tested with zen, it works well with ublock origin, but in ff, the same setup just doesn't work. Can't understand why
BTW, I cannot see 'Detected youThereData' while using zen with this script, but it still work

Besides, another script 'Disable YouTube AutoPause' works well in both ff and zen
