Add register time in the user profile so we know who's a real user and who's a puppet account. @JasonBarnabe

It once existed in the forum before but disappeared after the change of this site. I think it's a really useful feature, without which we can't ensure the authenticity of feedback, for some spamming authors use puppet accounts to make tons of "good" reviews to their scripts.

I'm not sure that will be very helpful.

If you think someone is creating many accounts to review-bomb something, please report the user and say so. I have the ability to check many non-public things to see if that's the case.
