not redirecting to certain tumblr "raw" links

I rolleed back to v0.5.28 see if there was a raw version of this, and there was

Prefer the tumblr url instead of amazonaws too, unless https only works on amazonaws?

There is no security certificate for data.tumblr.com, so we shouldn't use https for that at least.
