Greasy Client is a performance-focused HUD (Heads-Up Display) modification designed for Miniblox.io. It streamlines the user interface by removing native branding and providing essential real-time gameplay metrics.
Core Functionalities
Splash Launcher: Replaces the standard loading screen with a custom black-out splash sequence featuring randomized mottos and a clean initialization UI.
Custom Nickname System: Allows users to set a client-side nickname that persists across sessions via local storage.
Draggable Interface: Every HUD element can be repositioned anywhere on the screen. Positions are automatically saved and will remain in the same spot upon refreshing the page.
Performance Monitoring:
FPS Counter: Tracks and displays current frames per second for monitoring hardware performance.
CPS Counter: Calculates clicks per second in real-time to track combat or building speed.
Keystrokes: Visualizes WASD input with active highlighting to assist with movement precision and recording gameplay.
Settings & Controls
Toggleable Modules: The MOD SETTINGS menu allows for the individual activation or deactivation of the FPS, CPS, and Keystroke modules.
Menu Access: The settings menu and the ability to drag elements are toggled using the Right Shift (R-SHIFT) key.
UI Optimization: Automatically hides default Miniblox logos and elements to provide a "clean" or "minimalist" aesthetic.
Discord Integration: Includes a direct link to the official community server for updates and support.
