Generate a better URL based page title for Docassemble docs
Improves the page titles of Docassemble documentation pages by just showing the page name and the anchor text.
https://docassemble.org/docs/fields.html#plaintext is displayed as Fields #plaintext rather than Setting variables (and doing other things) with questions.
