Adds Net Return to the statement and colorizes contributing fields.
This script calculates the Net Return for the period of choice within Esketit.com Statement page (Not sure why it was ever missing?)
The result is printed in green under the Closing Balance.
Some elements are colourised in green, amber, or red to simplify the reading.
