JPDB add context menu in reviews

Adds a new word's context menu from its top deck in JPDB reviews

These are all versions of this script. Show only the versions where the code changed.

    • Fall back to the global deck if the top deck does not yield results (e.g. for subvocabulary)
    • Make the menu not go outside the left edge of the screen for narrow screens
