Waze WME Validator Localization for Nebraska, United States

This script checks the following:

#130 - Bad street names that need to be corrected or removed.
#131 - Streets that have a state other than Nebraska set (basemap issue).
MAKE SURE to uncheck "Exclude Other drivable and Non-drivable" so that Private Roads are reported.
