Request Feature:
Hope to have an
tooltip-positionattribute fortop_level_translate_btn(or its inner element).By default, it should be "bottom".
For Tabview Youtube, all menu button tooltips will be located as "top".
Therefore, for consistence, I hope I can change the attribute to "top", then when the mouse enter that button, the tooltip will be displayed as "top" instead "bottom".
