由background url参数过长导致页面彻底卡死(native 层)
故障位置为：https://cirno.biz/ 的#wrap元素。 触发位置为未被其他元素覆盖住的最底部10px。
故障原因：css background 中 url参数过长（data:image/png;base64,超长数据 552171个字符）
mouseover-> ->8997：var src=targetStyle.backgroundImage.replace(/url("'["'])/,"$1"),nsrc=src,noActual=true,type="scale"; ->9001: nsrc=rule.call(img,img,null); ->2196: if (reg.test(oldsrc)) {//这里卡死
浏览器为Chrome 版本 67.0.3396.99（正式版本） （64 位）
临时修复 在 8997后加入 src = (src.length > 10000 ? "" : src);
