The script doesn't perform any kind of refresh at all. It simply scrolls the page all the way to the top when you click the YouTube logo. Look for whatever is causing your page to refresh—but it's definitely not this script.
When I click on the YouTube logo, it displays the YouTube Home link and so it redirects me to YouTube Home...
However, your script is well enabled in Violentmonkey.
