Script for fanfiction.net, archiveofourown.org, ficbook.net
Based on chrome's extenson by Stefan Hayden

Added functionality to fanfic search/lists:
1. mark each fanfic as liked/disliked/marked/calibre (calibre is the library software I use to download and manage fics)
2. mark authors as liked/disliked (to hide slash lovers)
3. hide/show each of above categories. On fanfiction.net options are inside filter menu, on ao3 at top of list, at ficbook.net below the list. I know, there's no consistency, it just was more handy for me.
4. navigate lists by left/right arrow keys for next/prev page (should work only in lists)

If you don't use Calibre, you can rename 'calibre' option as you like inside the script. I use 'marked' category for fanfics I'd like to check later, while 'calibre' category is for fics I downloaded to my local library (and therefore I should never see them again as I already have them in my local db).

Also, you can set colors for categories by manually editing constants in script. Action links are tied to these colors too. For now, separating them would take more code and will be useless for me.

Possible TODO List:
1. AO3 move liker links to under title/author element. It would fix current 'compressed' view of links
2. Separate color settings for sites.
3. Separate color for liker links and stories background

What I can't do (since I am not a pro programmer):
1. Some kind of config page
2. Dynamic hide/show without page reload
