"Down Arrow" does not "Scroll" in Firefox 62.0.3 (64-bit)
"Down Arrow" immediately scrolls to bottom of page if clicked...No response if simply "Hovered Over".
On pages that are missing their "scroll bar", neither arrow has any effect. There is a "Chrome" addon called "Caret Browsing" which works perfectly in Chrome, trying to get a similar functionality in Firefox.
