On pages which do not have a Table of Contents, but should do, create one! (I actually use this as a bookmarklet, so I can load it onto the current page only when I want it.)

Your script works exceedingly well! A suggestion would be to make a smaller transparent button that upon hovering displayed the entire table of contents. Even better if you could move it and save the position! Please consider adding these features to this awesome script!
