Dictionary on Dbl-Click

I use to love this script but it no longer works and is not posted on greasyfork.
Dictionary on Dbl-Click

Description: Just double click a word and the definition pops up (answers.com)
I think you can choose to DoubleClick or Ctrl+DoubleClick or Alt+DoubleClick...
which is good to have that choice.

There seems to be no other script quite like this at greasyfork.
I don't see any licensing restrictions so I would like if someone could please post this script with a fix.
Also, that it not block this script:

Thankyou

Indeed this script just calls other script from Answer.com site (which in turn invokes third script, not existing now).
It seems that Answers.com stopped supporting its 'bubble answer' service.
Firefox addon 'Answers' doesn't work too.

Oh no... Thankyou for explaining trespassersW
Well a script that performs the same with another bubble service other than answers would be nice if anyone is able to create that kind of script please thankyou.

Thanks trespassersW for that link... I will keep it in my files as a backup if the Greasemonkey script fails in the future.

As for me, when I need a definition of some word, i use Fierefox search bar tuned for searching in thefreedictionary -- dbl-click to select word, right-click to choose searching, click to search - and the result will be opened in a new tab... not so conveniently. From time to time, I think it would be nice to include the 'google define' service into my translate.google script.

The Floater is the best...

about WordSmith, IMO, this bookmaklet has too many flaws: it doesn't work on GitHub (thanks CSP), it is too convoluted, it's not working under NoScript, WordSmith server works slowly -- to name a few..
We need a greasemonkey script for word definitions!

Found this Bookmarklet and it is great.

The Floater is the best... Select Text, click Bookmark and a popup floater appears.
The Speech Button functions fine.
Sometimes there are Thumbnails that will open an image of the SearchTerm.
