I don't have a Facebook account and the download icon doesn't appear on the videos I watch without connecting to Facebook.
You have to be connected to your Facebook account for it to work or not necessarily please ?

Google Chrome Browser with Tampermonkey

I just tested it and it normally works without an account, make sure Tampermonkey extension and the script is enabled and you're at the top of the page (scroll up or press the home button on the keyboard)

I enabled Tampermonkey and FB_Downloader, but the download button doesn't appear anywhere on the Facebook video pages on my side like with these links :

In addition, the script doesn't appear in the list of enabled scripts on the Facebook pages on my side...
