That's a broad question so it's hard to understand exactly what's being asked...
Anyways,I think that he's actually talking about when you go to your greasy fork profile page and try to set up a webhook.
Maybe if the profile language is changed,the description language should also be changed.
If that's the case I can try this if you want.
Is GitHub English-only, or can you have the UI show in different languages?
(I just noticed Greasy Fork's instructions for setting up a webhook are English-only.)
