Dokieli save button is currently disabled always with pods: https://github.com/linkeddata/dokieli/issues/390 -- this attempts to force it to be enabled.
Forces Dokieli to show the save button.
There seems to be an issue with the save button not showing in spite of conditions being met for it, as described here: https://github.com/linkeddata/dokieli/issues/390
Tested with Tampermonkey in Chrome. It seems complicated, but it's tricky because the save button isn't even on the page until after the first time the menu gets expanded.
