Automatically imports improvements if the import string is passed in as a comma separated string of values
This script can be used to import a build to a specific city. The build is specified as a comma separated value that corresponds to the improvements as formatted by the Politics and War export tool. If the value is passed to the URL, then it will automatically apply that build to the city.
