AM topbar list is now filterable by AM rank and the age of their area. The black background for the topbar now expands as needed if the AM list spans multiple lines. The AM list should now include AMs with complex area geometries. Tweaks to how script config is loaded/saved.

Check for user profile page no longer gets fooled by the randomly appearing userscript URL suffixes. Various closure-related functionality is now working again. Options to disable onclick recentering have been re-enabled. Opening new tab centred on a place works again. PUR popups are back. UR last comment age is displayed correctly regardless of script settings.
