Sorts folders and images alphabetically in the Kanka Gallery, keeping folders first. (Normally, they are sorted by most recent change.)

Note: The Gallery displays 50 items per page. This plugin cannot sort beyond the current page of results, so you may want to organize your images in folders of 50 items or fewer, or use the search bar to narrow down your results. It should at least help you find your folders faster, unless you have a lot per level!
