A userscript that limits how many posts or comments you can scroll through on Reddit and reveals more on demand.

Install

  1. Install a userscript manager such as Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey.
  2. Add reddit-scroll-brake.user.js as a new userscript.

Behavior

  • Initially shows the first 10 posts or comments.
  • Prevents scrolling further until you click the load button.
  • Includes an adjustable number input next to Load more....
  • Works on both feed pages and comment pages.
