add YouTube Inactivity Pause

Pauses YouTube video if user is inactive for too long (default 1.5h) "Are you still wathing" but with configurable time

I like to fall asleep watching YouTube, but either YouTube itself or some plugin after a while turns my account into a bot to boost views on streams of some no-names, this plugin just adds a button "are you still watching?" but you can set your own time (standard is an hour and a half)
