AO3 Entire work auto link and jump

Open "Entire work" directly if the word/chapter ratio is less than 12,000. │ Make the "Entire work" button jumps down to the chapter you were reading. │ Add an "Entire next→" button at the end of a chapter, switches to "Entire work" and jumps to the next chapter without scrolling. │ Shorten the button names to "←Previous" and "Next→" for mobile.
